Owner’s perspective

We have dealt through our previous projects at (Ruyan Investment CO.W.L.L) - with multiple engineering offices, but dealing with [Delmon Engineering] showed a clear significant difference in terms of efficiency which helped overcome the obstacles we faced since the preparing the preliminary designs for the project. Delmon Engineering offered perfect solutions to deal with the ground layers that were presented in the industrial area in Sitra, which are buried earlier, they have done so by collaborating with “KELLER GRUNDBAU GMBH”. Based on Delmon Engineering’s advice, we have changed our construction methods, as we have left the traditional construction way and headed toward [prefabrication system] in collaboration with Bahrain Precast concrete company, which lead to 60% decrease in the cost of building. This also contributed to a significant decrease in the time needed to complete the project from the predicted 3years to 1year only. Without failing to mention the increase in the quality of work, and virtual age of building. Considering these extraordinary services, we have passed the engineering services to them. We have given the engineer ALI ABD-ALHUSAIN the right to organize with the concerned authorities in designing the electromechanical in efforts to equip the building with all possible needs such as air-conditioning, lifts, fire escape system, electricity and water. Finally, we found that our first experience with Delmon Engineering is successful, and that will make us continue trusting them with the rest of (Ruyan Investment CO.W.L.L) projects in the future because we are truly pleased with the fruitful collaboration.

Bahrain Palace Hotel Owner

Owner’s perspective

Since we started thinking of building “Bahrain Palace Hotel” in Karbala City. Signing with “Delmon Engineering” was my choice from the beginning, specifically Engineer Ali Abd Alhussain for designing this project, based on my previous experience in designing my private villa. As well as, his dedication to finish the work entrusted to him and my direct knowledge to his accomplished projects in Bahrain. Ali is a very active architect with a creative mind that impresses the clients. His success and shin in his career is a result to his well listening skills. And that is why he deserves all the given trust.
[Delmon Engineering] offered so many different services, the most notable and distinguished was minimizing the difficulties we faced while execution process. He also supervise the construction of the hotel step by step through continues site visits. Even though we faced some difficulties but it was because of executing companies.
In addition, I was very confident about selecting the Best while we were in China shopping for [tiles, marble, electricity materials, furniture, toilets utilities and etc.] which perfectly fulfilled our ambitions.
Finally, I hope to [Delmon Engineering] to keep this extraordinary energy. And wish for them more opportunities to design special and complicated projects that will help enhancing the office position in the market. Last but not least, I advise Engineer Ali to maintain the high credibility he have, as it is the reason for continues success and uniqueness.
